This bold 40's wide brim, scalloped hat features a top fastened asymmetrically to a shallow crown. Made of two pieces of expertly shaped black felt, the hat is reminiscent of those recently featured in Vogue. This hat shows normal wear, as expected.  However, there are no noted flaws.
