1950's Black Silk Chiffon Vintage Evening Dress

Designed in the 50's and perfect for prom or any special occasion, this stunning vintage evening dress is done in a black silk chiffon over a black silk strapless slip dress and lined in the bodice with a black satin lining. The bodice features a gathered halter style silk chiffon neckline over a sweetheart cut strapless silk slip dress. The halter finishes in the back with 1" wide rhinestone spaghetti straps, which continue around the front, under the bust, giving this dress an empire look. The gathered skirt falls from the natural waist of the ruched bodice. The slip dress is straight, with the chiffon overlay being somewhat free flowing. The halter encloses at the back of the neck with a hook n'eye and the dress encloses in the back with a concealed metal zipper. A few of the rhinestones are missing, but can be replaced. Some of the rhinestones need some reinforcement.
