1950's Cloud of Pink Chiffon Vintage Dress

Designed in the 50's, this adorable pink chiffon vintage dress is like a cloud. The bodice features a slightly scooped neckline, which is pleated and finishes with capped sleeves. There is a satin sash that comes just under the bustline and bows around the back at a slight angle. The waistline is form fitting and the skirt falls freely from the natural waist. The dress is constructed of three distinct layers beginning with a satin underlayer, which has a stitched hemline and two chiffon layers over the satin, both of which are unstiched. The dress fastens up the back with a metal zipper. The sash shows a faint bit of discoloration near the underarm which might be removed by a professional dry cleaner. The chiffon does have pulls, but the layering helps to diminsh these flaws. All in all, this dress is as sweet as can be and would be perfect for prom, a party or any other special occasion.
