This sweet 1980’s polka dot tulle dress is perfect for a prom, cocktail party or a special night out on the town.  Made from layers of a fine tulle with an all over polka dot pattern, the dress features a flouncy full skirt.  The bodice features a classic 1980’s built in shelf bra and is boned to insure a flattering fit.  The bodice is ruched to a natural cinched waist, which flows out over the hips and features a built in crinoline. The dress is fully lined in black silk satin making this a luxurious dress for a luxurious event!  Would be great paired with a white or black patent leather belt (sold separately) or a large satin bow. The dress shows normal wear, as expected.  However, there are no noted flaws.
