1950's Suzy Perrette Style Vintage Party Dress

it looks like it could have been designed by Suzy Perrette in the 50's. Made of a deep navy blue silk, with a random white rose petal print, this fully lined party dress is one of the best in our collection. The sleeveless bodice, lined in a fine acetate, features a v-cut front and back. The cut of this dress in the front gives the illusion that the dress has a peplum style bodice, as the fabric of the bodice continues to descend over the hip of the front of the skirt, but is fully attached to the skirt and weighted to keep the front from bunching up. The dress also features a fabulous self fabric sash that begins at the sides of the waistline and wraps around the back. The full skirt falls from the natural waist and includes a crinoline lining and flows magnificently to a flattering tea length. The dress encloses in the back with a concealed metal zipper and hook n'eye enclosure. This dress shows normal wear, as expected. However, there are no noted flaws.
