1960's Mr. Mort Lilac and White Pinstripe Vintage Day Dress

Designed in the 60's by Mr. Mort, this great vintage day dress is perfect for any afternoon affair. Made of 100% cotton in a lovely shade of lilac with white pinstripe, this dress has much to offer. The bodice is lined in a cotton twill and features a portrait neckline with elastic sewn into the shoulder so the sleeves can be worn on or off the shoulder. The 3/4 bell sleeves are adorned with a embroidered lace trim in a swirly pattern. We have wrapped the waist with a deep purple grosgrain ribbon sash (not included) that is pulled through the attached belt loops. The full skirt is gathered at the waist and falls to just about knee length. The hemline does offer an additional 4" in length. The dress fastens in the back with a concealed metal zipper and hook n'eye enclosure. One of the belt loops needs to be sewn.
