This incredible psychedelic vintage gown was designed in the 60's by Bonwitt Teller for Cameo Evening Fashions. This one-of-a-kind piece is made with a tailored, silk blend pink under layer, the dress has the softest silk chiffon over-layer in an understated psychedelic print . The empire waist/bust is gathered and features crystals, seed beads, and sequins in may bright colors in a floral pattern. Design elements include spaghetti straps, pieced, silk lined bodice, subtle pleating all around the empire waist, and chiffon gathers at the center back to create a flowing effect. The dress fastens up the back with 13" metal zipper. This gown is one of the best that the 60's had to offer. A bit of sequins is missing, but does not distract from the overall beauty of the dress.
