1970's Blue Watercolor Ruffled Dress

Designed in the 70's and made of a sheer poly-cotton blend done in a watercolor of various hues of blue over a white background and lined in a white poly-cotton blend lining, this dress can be worn both day and night. The sleeveless bodice features a semi-high neckline adorned with a pleated self fabric ruffle. The waist features attached belt loops and a self fabric cummerbund style belt (not shown). We have alternately paired this dress with a coordinating aqua satin ribbon to show a different look. The skirt falls from the natural waist and is adorned on either side with the same self fabric pleated ruffle as seen at the neckline. The dress encloses with a concealed metal zipper in the back. This dress shows normal wear, as expected. However, there are no noted flaws.
