Reminiscent of Audrey Hepburn’s look, this Romantic 70’s Party Dress features a large full skirt and an elegant, strapless cream shoulder sash. The dress is made of taffeta in a navy and cream floral print and has a built in crinoline and boned bust to insure a perfect silhouette. The dress fastens up the back with a concealed metal zipper, and has a flattering basque waist, as well as an adorable cream rosette at the center bust.  Best worn to a prom or wedding.  The dress shows normal wear, as expected.  However, there are no noted flaws.
