Albert Nipon became the talk of the fashion industry in the 70's, designing ultra-feminine dresses. Navy blue silk organza is gathered in a bustled effect on the skirt of this dress and a nylon side zipper completes the design.  The dress shows normal wear, as expected.  However, there are no noted flaws.
