1980's Pink & Yellow Pansies Print Vintage Party Dress

Although this lovely vintage party dress was designed in the 80's, it certainly get's its inspiration from the 50's. Made of 100% Cotton in a midnight black with a pink and yellow impressionistic rose pattern, this dress would be amazing at an afternoon wedding or even prom. The sleeveless bodice features a scooped neckline with a full shawl collar, which fully covers the shoulder and part of the upper arm. The front of the dress encloses with 6 black plastic buttons (one is missing, but can easily be replaced), which work their way down to the Basque style drop waist. There is an attached self fabric sash that begins at either side of the natural waist and ties in the back. The full skirt is lined with an attached crinoline and is gathered at the top to create a pleated effect.
