Black and white polka dot printed taffeta makes this fun and flirty 80's mini dress, designed by Steppen’ Out, is ideal for a festive night out.  The dress has a ruched and pieced bodice that may be worn with spaghetti straps and has an elastic back for an ideal yet flexible fit. The classic 80's pouf skirt has all-over pleating and puffs at the hips.  The left side of the skirt is adorned with a self-fabric rosette and the skirt has a built in crinoline.  The dress is fully lined and fastens up the back with a black zipper.  The dress shows normal wear, as expected. However, there are no noted flaws.
