This sassy and sweet strapless vintage party dress by Victor Costa is just like the one worn by Penelope Cruz at the 2004 Toronto Film Festival. It features a boned, pointed sweetheart shaped bodice with an empire waist.Constructed of a fun black and white polka dotted taffeta, this dress ideal for a spring formalor party. The empire waist is trimmed with a black and white bow, which ornaments the center front of the bodice in a bow. The skirt is gathered into box pleats, which open towards the hem in a flatteringpouf shape. The skirt is lined with black iridescent chiffon for shape and the dress fastens up the back with a concealed metal zipper. This dress has normal wear, as expected. However, there are no notable flaws.
