This slinky, cobalt strapless vintage dress by Victor Costa is perfect for a spring event. Made of a regal blue satin, this dress features a rouched bodice, which hugs the figure to the natural waist. The tulip style wrap skirt curves over the hips for a sophisticated look. The skirt is adorned on the left side with a large asymmetrical bow, which falls from the hip to mid-calf. The dress fastens up the back with a concealed zipper and hook n'eyes. The bodice is fully lined and boned for a superb fit.
The dress shows normal wear, as expected. However, there are no noted flaws.
