Please note that refunds are ONLY issued when an item has been grossly misrepresented. Otherwise, we are happy to provide an ONLINE STORE CREDIT.
We strongly encourage you to utilize our measurement guide to assist in taking your own measurements. Please leave a bit of room for comfort and ease of movement, as we do not issue refunds for items that do not fit. We are always happy to answer any questions regarding alterations. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding a particular item of interest, before you purchase, so we can make sure you will be completely satisfied with your item.
Although we use a very high powered camera, in order to capture each piece in the best possible way, we understand that colors may appear differently on your monitor than they do in person. Please keep this in mind, as we DO NOT issue refunds for color variances.
"As Is" items are considered final sale. We will NOT consider any refunds or exchanges for items marked as "As Is".
FOR OUR DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS:
Return Policy (Online customers only)
Due to the fragile nature of vintage clothing, we ask that you comply with the following in order to properly expedite your return:
- We kindly ask that you email us within 24 hours of receipt of the item letting us know that you wish to return it. Please note: we track our shipments to each customer via USPS. Receipt of item is considered DATE/TIME OF DELIVERY. You must email us within 24 hours of delivery of your item.
- If the item has been grossly misrepresented, we will gladly refund your money. Otherwise, we are happy to offer you a store credit upon our accepted receipt of the item you wish to return. Please note: shipping and/or insurance charges incurred to return items will not be credited back to customer. Shipping costs are the responsibility of customer.
- We reserve the right to disallow the return of certain items (intimates, swimwear or any fragile items including "As Is" items)
- Please wait for our confirmation via email before returning your item.
- All returned items (including accessories such as belts, sashes, corsages, etc.) must be received within 7 days once you have received our confirmation. Otherwise, we will not allow the return. Customers are responsible for all returned merchandise until we are in receipt of the items. We strongly recommend that shipping insurance and a tracking number are obtained when returning merchandise.
- Most importantly, and this should go without saying....ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS SENT TO YOU with tags still attached, no smudges, odors alterations or damage of any nature. Please note: we are extremely careful to inspect all items before they leave our store and we document each flaw carefully. If an item is returned in any altered condition, the item will not be accepted for return. In this case, we will promptly ship the item back to the customer at the customer's expense.
FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
WE PROUDLY OFFER FLAT RATE SHIPPING!!!!
Mill Crest Vintage will process your order within 3 business days and ship via USPS. We are only able to ship to CONFIRMED addresses. When using Paypal, please provide a confirmed address on the Paypal site. Once Shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number.
Domestic customers will enjoy FLAT RATE SHIPPING of $10.00 via USPS Priority (2 to 3 business days). We insure and track all packages. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery due to postal service issues.
International customers will enjoy FLAT RATE SHIPPING of $45.00 via USPS. This does NOT include duties or taxes (VAT). Duties and taxes (VAT) are solely the responsibility of the customer. Transit times will vary depending upon individual customs, which is out of our control. However, most shipments can be expected within 14 days (depending on time held in customs). We insure and track all packages.
Please note that all international orders are FINAL SALE.

For your continued safety and security, we will only ship if the Credit Card/Paypal/Debit Card account has a verified/confirmed billing address. If the billing address entered at checkout does not match the one associated with the payment type, the order will be declined, no exceptions.
New Jersey does carry a 7% sales tax. Merchandise delivered within the state of New Jersey will be subject to a 7% sales/use tax.
