OUR RETURN POLICY

We do our very best to measure and describe each item clearly and accurately so that you know exactly what you can expect when purchasing from millcrestvintage.com. Please note that Refunds are ONLY issued when an item has been grossly misrepresented. Otherwise, we are happy to provide store credit.

We strongly encourage you to utilize our measurement guide to assist in taking your own measurements. Please leave some room for comfort as well, as we do not issue refunds for items that do not fit. However, we are happy to let you know if an item can be easily altered to achieve the perfect fit, without compromising the overall design. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding a particular item of interest before you purchase, so we can make sure you will be completely satisfied with your item.

Although we use a very high powered camera, in order to capture each piece in the best possible way, we understand that colors may appear differently on your monitor than they do in person. Please keep this in mind, as we do not issue refunds for color variances.

"As Is" items are considered final sale. We will not consider any refunds or exchanges for items marked as "As Is".

WHAT TO DO IF YOU WISH TO RETURN AN ITEM

Due to the fragile nature of vintage clothing, we ask that you comply with the following in order to properly expedite your return:

• We kindly ask that you email us within 24 hours of receipt of the item letting us know that you wish to return it.
• If the item was grossly misrepresented, we will gladly refund your money. Otherwise, we are happy to offer you a store credit upon our accepted receipt of the item you wish to return. Please note that shipping and/or insurance charges will not be credited back as a part of your refund or store credit.
• We reserve the right to disallow the return of certain items (intimates, swimwear or any fragile items including "As Is" items)
• Please wait for our confirmation via email before returning your item.
• All returned items must be received within 7 days once you have received our confirmation. Otherwise, we will not allow the return.
• Most importantly, and this should go without saying....ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS SENT TO YOU...We are extremely careful to inspect all items before they leave our store and we document each flaw carefully.

SHIPPING POLICY

Mill Crest Vintage will process your order within 3 business days and will ship within the United States for a flat rate of $10 via USPS Priority (2 to 3 business days).

Please note, at this time we only ship international orders via USPS Express to Canada, the EU, Australia and Japan. We charge a flat international shipping rate of $45 and transit time is generally 5-10 days. Just a few items to keep in mind when ordering from outside the US. Your country may charge you customs duties. Since we would not know this ahead of time, it would be your responsibility to take care of such additional costs. As with any items shipped internationally, your order could randomly be held by customs, which may delay the delivery of your order. These circumstances are understandably beyond our control.

PAYMENT POLICY

For your convenience, we offer safe and secure online payment options. We proudly honor payments through Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Sorry, we do not accept checks or money orders.

For your continued safety and security, we will only ship if the Credit Card/Paypal account has a verified/confirmed billing address. If the billing address entered at checkout does not match the one associated with the payment type, the order will be declined, no exceptions.

New Jersey does carry a 7% sales tax. Merchandise delivered within the state of New Jersey will be subject to a 7% sales/use tax.
